Delivery Information

UK deliveries (including Eire)

Royal Mail (large letter service) is used for delivering feathers up to 12”/30cm in length.

All postal items are sent out 1^st class with Royal Mail aiming to deliver the next working day, though this is not guaranteed. Please allow up to 2, possibly 3 working days depending on the location.

My Hermes is used for delivering feathers up to 35”/88cm in length.

My Hermes quote delivery between 3-5 working days for the majority of UK locations. Deliveries days are Mon-Sat and are fully tracked and insured.

Feather Fans

All feather fans are shipped with full insurance and tracking included.

Within the UK, ParcelForce is the preferred carrier offering timed, next day and 48 hour delivery.

Outside of the UK, TNT is the preferred carrier with the majority of European destinations delivered within 5 working days.
