 Where do your feathers come from?

Our feathers are sourced from poultry or common game birds from around the world.

We do not supply from any rare or endangered species. Our feathers are collected during

the moulting season and no birds are harmed in this procedure.

How long will my order take to arrive ?

Orders for peacock feathers will normally be dispatched within 1-2 working days. 

However if your item is out of stock you will be notified by email or phone and we can

schedule a new delivery date. 

You do not have the colour I want, can I purchase a custom colour?

Yes, if you would like a custom colour we can help! Please call our office or email info@froufroufeathers.com. We usually have a minimum order for custom colours.

If I live locally can I pick my feathers up from your warehouse?

Yes, you may collect your order in person but please call in advance to arrange a pick up date.

Can I return my order?

Yes, we have a no quibble return policy. The office must be notified by phone or email within 7 business of your purchase. If your order is being returned for any other reason than a product fault or a mistake on our part, then you shall be responsible for return postage charges.

I want to buy in bulk, can I get a discount?

Yes, we do offer a discount on wholsale orders and you can also find many products on our wholesale page. If there is a product that you cannot find or would like to enquire about please call our office for discounts and pricing.

I have a promotion code what do I do?

If you have a recieved a valid promotion code from us you can use this in the vouchers section of your shopping cart before checkout. Please contact us if you have any further questions on your voucher.

I need my order to arrive next day, can you help?

Yes, Please contact us before you place your order and we will arrange a special delivery for you. We do have an option before checkout for this service.
